SEAL & FINISH is a clear, water thinned sealer that offers deep penetration into stucco, concrete and masonry surfaces. It will form a tough invisible film that repels water and helps reduce spalling and dusting. It seals and refurbishes a paint film that is showing signs of fading due to oxidation. It produces maximum intercoat adhesion between paint films. For interior or exterior use. Not designed as a clear finish for wood. Use on interior or exterior surfaces such as walls, floors and existing paint finishes. Add to latex products for increased wet edge, adhesion, scrubbability, penetration, ease of application, additional gloss or additional spread rate. Use over properly prepared aluminum siding to restore much of the original lustre and brilliance.
